1. As an honest seller, we guarantee the dress will be 90%- 99% the same as the original picture showed same, please forgive.  We can not guarantee, so please do not place the order if you still insist on 100% similarity. Thanks for your understanding.
2. Dresses do not include any accessories such as veils, gloves, petticoats inside and so on. Bidding is only for the dress!

3. Customized Size (Including Plus Size)/ Color need an extra fee USD30.00.
4. Any changes of Size/Color/Special Request are not acceptable after the order placed exceeds 24 hours.
5. If you want to cancel the order: We accept a full refund within 24 hours after you place the order; there is just a 50% partial refund after you place the order for more than 24 hours(the 50% is the cost of our material).
6. We Promise Shipping Dress within 10-15 days(not big orders), usually shipped by standard shipping way and this is free.

If you need urgent, please contact us to ship by fast shipping(like DHL,Fedex...), but these need to be paid for an extra fee, normally shipped by post or air mail. Please confirm your order (right size, color,

Please kindly contact us for the return at first within 48 hours of
receiving the item. The returned item must be in perfect condition, as
it was sent to you, has not been altered and has not been worn. If there is any
dust, dirty spots, change and so on, we shall not offer a refund. We offer FREE
REPAIR on your dress! But the postage to send it back and the re-shipping cost to
you will be both on your account. It is required that the item or dresses
should be returned to us within14 days after the return request is accepted.
